I can talk about meditation all day long. It had that big of an impact on my life. Looking back now I am still in disbelief that only 10 minutes a day could do THAT to my life. Wow 🙂

Recently, in my intuitive sessions I started coming across more and more people who are having trouble meditating, who think they are not succeeding, hence giving up way early.

What I see, is that what they are doing, is measuring their meditation success against what someone out there said it has to be like, feel like, look like. The majority of the people are getting hung up on the idea that you have to be able to stop thinking, which is just impossible for a person who has never tried consciously slowing down before.

That is exactly why I want to share with you my story of how I started meditating, and …

hated it!

With passion. I hated everything about it during my first time. I was an over-analyzer, an over-thinker, and a go-go control freak business owner, with a million items on my to-do list.

I was a perfect candidate to “fail”.

… but I bargained with my mind instead.

When I came to realization that I could not stop thinking I decided to pretty much day-dream to some music and call it meditation 🙂

And after just 7 days my life changed. And it still keeps getting better.

My meditation practice has helped me through super hard times, it has been there with me through integration process ( shadow work), it has helped me get in touch with my intuitive guidance, see a million and one past lives, it has helped me get to where I am today, which is helping others with my intuition. Which is just a present from heaven in itself, it is THAT fulfilling.

It has helped me to understand the concept of “slowing down to speed up” ( and I talk about it in depth in the video below )  and so much more.

I am so passionate about this topic, no wonder I could not even slow down in this video 🙂 I hope you enjoy it, and find it useful and liberating. If you find having more specific questions on this topic, post them in the comments and I will gladly make more videos answering them.

    Thank You for the video regarding meditation. I thought it great bcos you did leave it to the person to find what suited them.
    I was overwelmed by distractions and when you You explained about the stillness and leaving everything to “Wait” for later I thought ‘I can do That’
    I would like to have a session with you one day and You do reflect ” Peace”
